Described as a national treasure, Stuart Clarke is an exceptional and unique sports photographer.
Stuart is the author of several books, has staged many touring exhibitions and had his own gallery called The Homes of Football in the Lake District for 14 years.
Since 2012, he has had permanent exhibition space at The National Football Museum in Manchester.
Using the power of the still image, Stuart’s work documents the real life emotions, pride, memory, quirks and contradictions of people attending sports matches and pop festivals.
His recent current projects include recording a year in the life of the FA’s St George’s Park in Staffordshire and a new exhibition at the National Football Museum in Manchester.
